dll files disappeared

I recently had a group of dll files disappear from my laptop (windows 10).

the missing are:

CBSCreateVC.dll

DAQExp.dll

CBSProductsinfo.dll

In the midst of losing them I was temporarily unable to connect my laptop to wi-fi, and that oddly corrected itself.

I am confused as to why they left and how to replace them. I am NOT very computer literate.

I have run virus and malware detection and found nothing.

thanks in advance...

    Hi phord

These dll's are associated with Wondershare Software Products, try removing Wondershare Software from your Startup

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, click on the Start-up Tab and disable any Wondershare Products

Press Windows + R Keys together, type msconfig and hit enter, on the Services Tab, check the box marked 'Hide Microsoft Services', then check the list for any Wondershare products and un-check them

    Click OK and Reboot

If the problem persists or Wondershare Software does not work properly, re-install the software
